Batman The Ride is a steel inverted coaster that was built by engineers Bolliger & Mabillard. When the coaster opened in 1992 it was the world’s 1st inverted roller coaster to ever be built. It was awarded Coaster Landmark status by the American Coaster Enthusiasts. The coaster’s theme is based on the first Batman film from 1989. At amusement parks around the world you will find clones of this ride.
